CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ Booking & Cancellation Policy At Cece Aesthetics Wellness & Beauty Spa, we value your time and are committed to providing a high-quality, personalized experience for every client. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly require at least 24–48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within this window will result in a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service). Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply. No-Shows No-shows will be charged the full service amount and may require prepayment for future bookings. Health & Safety For post-operative services, clients must follow all pre- and post-care instructions. We reserve the right to refuse service if it is not safe to proceed. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable. We are committed to client satisfaction and will address any concerns appropriately.
